Please see below for the prices of our adult hearing services. Please note that hearing aids cost from £4200 down to £3000 for a pair With the average price being around £3500. The price includes your personalised aftercare service with Tracy James Hearing throughout the lifetime of your hearing aid.

If you think you have a hearing loss, or if you already have hearing aids and you’re not happy with them, you can make an appointment to have a hearing assessment with us
£95 will be taken off the price of your hearing aids (when the decision to purchase them is made at, or within 2 weeks of, your appointment.)
Hearing aids range in price from £4200 to £3000 (with £3500 being the average) for a pair.
Wax removal will be by mircosuction. For manual/Curette removal (or irrigation) please complete inquiry form (please note: manual method is unsuitable for deep impacted wax)

This test involves putting a soft tip into your ear. You will experience a slight change in pressure in your ears. Tympanometry measures the ear canal volume, pressure and degree of movement of the eardrum. The results are interpreted as part of a battery of tests to assess the health of the ear drum and middle ear and can be used to monitor glue ear, grommets or perforations, for example.
Includes written Report.
Tympanometry testing is also included within our hearing tests

Includes ear examination, otoscopy, ear & ear drum checks, ear wax check, signs of infection, diagnostics and expert advice. Referrals provided if needed.

Impressions of the ears for custom-made ear pieces, including CENS, earmould's, noise protection & sleep plugs.
The cost of the product will be added to the £50 cost of impressions

A trial hearing aid fitting costs £200
You can trial up to 2 hearing aids with this fee.
If you go ahead with purchasing new hearing aids from us within the 2 week trial period (and the trial aids are returned intact) then we will take £200 off the price of new hearing aids.
If you don't go ahead with purchasing new hearing aids from us and return the trial aids, then as part of your loan aid agreement we will keep £100 of the fee to cover our appointment time.

The fitting appointment is included in the price of the hearing aids; which is paid on the day.
Approximate appointment time 60 minutes
If the hearing aids are returned within 8 weeks of the initial fitting then you will be refunded the hearing aid cost, minus £100 for our appointment time

Does not include home visits. Hearing aids can be dropped off and collected at clinic by a family member

6 monthly appointments are recommended to maintain your hearing aids, preventing the need for repairs

Hearing aid checks for hearing aids not purchased through us at Tracy James Hearing.
Includes hearing aid clean & check (recommended 6 monthly to prevent the need for repair) plus any needed hearing aid Repair
£50 (plus manufacturers cost of repair).
Please note that we are not allowed to programme / adjust NHS aids internally.

This appointment is our premium package for owners of hearing aids not purchased through Tracy James Hearing.
The appointment includes, hearing aid clean & check plus any hearing aid repairs and/or adjustments needed. The appointment is £150 (plus manufacturers cost of repair).
Please note that we are not allowed to programme / adjust NHS aids internally.
