Additional call out fee of £35 per 15 minutes travel from Newbury will apply,

If there is no wax present then a minimum of £70 fees apply (£35 for no wax present - otoscopy and advice given / £35 minimum call out fee

The £50 for the home visit hearing test is deducted when you purchase your hearing aids from us.

If you are fitted with hearing aids as part of a home visit and you decide to return them within the trial period, a charge of £300 will apply. This will be taken off the refund for the device.
