Audiology is an essential service: open for face to face where there is a clinical need.

The government has highlighted Audiology as an essential service throughout the CoVID-19 pandemic. Following the national guidelines for Audiology service delivery during the Co-Vid pandemic (May 2020), I now offer digital appointments and support in the first instance, followed up by a face to face appointment when there is a clinical need (and it is safe to do so).  Where someone cannot attend clinic, home visits are also available, where certain health and safety criteria can be met.

Tracy James has access to Personal Protective Equipment and follows strict cleaning and waste disposal guidelines outlined for health services. Appointment only services are available (no walk-ins).
